Thomas worked as VP of EMEA Sales for a SaaS company and sat on the SLT and Board. He has grown his sales career from a Sales Executive to VP of Sales and has built sales teams in 3 companies over an 11-year career. Thomas specialises in hiring staff from SDR’s after building multiple graduate programmes to sales leadership and senior sales roles, managing, and hiring £250k salary Account Directors. Thomas set up pursuit to help companies create scalable, predictable new growth engines with quality sales talent using a Social First and Data Led strategy.

James has been in recruitment for over 30 years and invests in recruitment companies of all sizes across various geographies and sectors. James was named LinkedIn’s second most influential voice of 2017. His global network, both online and offline, assists pursuit in attracting the best talent, clients and candidates to their businesses.

Abid is pursuit’s Executive Chairman. He trained as a lawyer working in corporate finance before entering recruitment 25 years ago. With experience in various CEO roles in over 35 countries, Abid has a wealth of experience in building and managing teams and oversees and advises on pursuit’s strategy. His industry expertise includes oil & gas, technology, security, and professional services.

With over 22 years of business development and management experience, Greg supports pursuit advising and overseeing growth strategy and operations.

Our resident German speaker, Nils has 6 years sales experience and is now committed to finding his clients the best sales talent out there. Nils moved all the way from Edinburgh to Manchester to join us at pursuit so is definitely in the ranking for most committed team member!

A scientist, SaaS specialist and part-time rapper. Jake is a man of many talents! After completing his degree in Science, Jake’s interest in SaaS sparked. He is now helping exciting SaaS platforms grow their business and become household names.
